GDC Assist combines VNC remote access technology with an open-source SSH forwarding client to allow our technicians to view and control your desktop remotely with ease. To enjoy the benefits of GDC Assist, you will need to download the GDC Remote Control Application. A temporary session password is automatically generated when you start the viewing session and must be provided to the technician by email, phone or other means to begin.

At GDC, our goal is to make your RMA process fast and simple to use. Please begin the process by completing the RMA form provided to best facilitate your request. All required information MUST be completed to submit your claim. Upon submission, GDC will send a confirmation email with a unique support ticket number that corresponds to your claim. Please save this email and keep the support ticket number for your records. The number can be referenced to track the process of your claim throughout completion. Please note, if shipping merchandise to GDC as part of the RMA process, you will receive an additional email from email@example.com with an electronic UPS Return Label. To ensure proper email delivery, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list.
