SMB Remote Control Support with GDC Assist
GDC Assist combines VNC remote access technology with an open-source SSH forwarding client to allow our technicians to view and control your desktop remotely with ease. To enjoy the benefits of GDC Assist, you will need to download the GDC Remote Control Application. A temporary session password is automatically generated when you start the viewing session and must be provided to the technician by email, phone or other means to begin.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
At GDC, our goal is to make your RMA process fast and simple to use. Please begin the process by completing one of the RMA forms provided to best facilitate your request. All required information MUST be completed to submit your claim. Let's get started.
LAM Systems Component Return Request – Follow the instructions in the form below to submit your Component RMA. GDC will review your RMA claim, warranty information and part number. Upon acceptance, we will authorize your RMA and send a replacement part with UPS Return Label (Call Tag) to return the faulty item.

Standard System Return Request – Follow the instructions in the form below to submit your System RMA. GDC will review your RMA claim, warranty information and system information. Upon acceptance, we will authorize your RMA and send a UPS Return Label (Call Tag) via email. Please note, to ensure proper email delivery, add email@example.com to your safe senders list.
