Global Data Consultants, LLC Announces Several Promotions and Additions Within the Organization to Promote Company Growth and Customer Satisfaction
Global Data Consultants, LLC (GDC), a leading managed IT solutions and staffing technology provider headquartered in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, announces several promotions within the organization.
Jonathan Hoffman has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Enterprise Service Delivery reporting to the President. Jonathan will retain leadership over the Application Development team and has assumed responsibility for GDC’s Service Desk offering. Jonathan’s strong analytical and process skills will be invaluable to the growth and ongoing customer satisfaction of the Service Desk. He started at GDC in 2004 as an application developer and rapidly transitioned into leadership roles. Jonathan has been a key resource in the expansion of GDC’s application development service offerings over the years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University.
Tony Masgalas has been promoted to Director of Enterprise Sales reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Tony will be responsible for leading and growing the Enterprise Sales and Recruiting teams. In his 10 years at GDC, Tony has successfully contributed to the growth of our Enterprise segment. He spent his first two years in a Recruiting position and transitioned to a Sales Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. Tony worked extensively within our staffing service offerings and has been integrally involved in qualifying, proposing, and selling solutions in Application Development, Service Desk, and Infrastructure. He has an Associate of Applied Science, Business Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from American InterContinental University.
Keith Faulkner recently rejoined GDC as Director of Service Delivery and Service Desk, reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Service Delivery. Keith has responsibility for the strategic and tactical operation of GDC’s Service Desk and Network Operations Center offering. We are excited to have him back as a GDC employee. Keith originally became an employee of GDC in 2005 where he worked in a desktop support role. Keith was then promoted into a leadership position with the Service Desk. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University.
