GDC IT Solutions (GDC) announces the asset acquisition of Prismworks Technology, Inc. Based in Hummelstown, PA. Prismworks delivers managed IT services to education and small/medium-sized businesses. This asset acquisition will expand GDC’s footprint in the educational vertical across Pennsylvania and will broaden GDC’s reach in the Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
