Tiffany Halterman, a Technical Support Center Analyst at GDC, has been selected as HDI’s Analyst of the Year for the Susquehanna Valley Local Chapter.

Tiffany Halterman moves on to the Regional competition where she will be judged against the other nine local chapter winners in the Northeast with a chance to represent GDC at the HDI Annual Conference & Expo in Orlando next April.
Tiffany grew up outside of Gettysburg, PA and had ambitions at an early age that she wanted to be in the information technology field. When she was 8 years old, her parents bought her a Windows NT computer and that led to a curiosity on how these machines worked and is a passion which she still has today. Her early jobs as a teenager and young adult were in the customer service industry, which she found brought her satisfaction when she could make others happy with the knowledge she has gained in this industry. With her well-established customer service skills and knowledge focused on technology, the next natural step for her was to enter the information technology field.
Tiffany Halterman graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate’s degree in computer networking systems and started shortly after with GDC in June 2009, as a Technical Support Center Analyst. She quickly established a reputation as a solid employee and strong technical analyst and possesses superior customer service qualities that cannot be taught. Tiffany was promoted into a Team Lead position in May of 2011, which signifies her ascent to the highest level a support analyst can become while still being focused on service delivery.
Tiffany Halterman is an HDI certified support center analyst who continues to lead by example and has become a great resource for her peers. HDI introduced the HDI Analyst of the Year Award in 2004. Each year, HDI works jointly with the HDI local chapters to identify and award the industry’s top first-level support analyst. Support analysts who are nominated at the local chapter will have an opportunity to compete with their peers locally, regionally, and globally for this prestigious award. The nominator presents to the local chapter a personal business profile of the nominee including specific attributes that demonstrate the nominee’s understanding of industry standards, commitment to excellent service, and consistently exceeding performance objectives.
