GDC Announces ICS Asset Acquisition – New ICS Telephony Division Formed
Hagerstown, Maryland – April 4, 2014
Global Data Consultants, LLC (GDC) announced it has completed acquisition of Williamsport, MD-based Interstate Communication Services (ICS), a leading provider of telephony and communications serving the Quad-state area of MD, PA, VA, and WV. The asset acquisition of ICS brings together two regional market leaders to create a new ICS telephony division of GDC.
