Matt Anderson, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for overseeing annual audits and governmental compliance reporting for ACA, EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, and ERISA compliance. Matt ensures fair and consistent application of employment policies and procedures while advising our executive team on employee relations matters. He continually evaluates internal processes and leads change management initiatives to integrate GDC employees into our company culture. Prior to GDC, he held a position with Sears Holdings Corporation providing consultative advice and support on employee relation matters for Fortune 500 corporations.

Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Frostburg State University. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management..
