Global Data Consultants, LLC (GDC) today announced the completion of EXIN’s Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) course. Fifteen (15) individuals received their ITIL Foundation Certiﬁcate in IT Service Management through the Examination Institute for Information Services (EXIN).
The ITIL foundation certiﬁcate is recognized worldwide and signiﬁes that the holder of the certiﬁcate is trained to employ ITIL’s Best Practices for IT Service Management. GDC offered the course to ten (10) internal employees and six (6) client employees in order to support the delivery of premier information technology (IT) services within client operations.
