GDC Announces the Asset Acquisition of Holder Technology Group
The asset acquisition of Holder Technology Group will broaden GDC’s client base and provide enhanced service offerings to current HTG clients.
Chambersburg, Pennsylvania — December 5, 2006
Global Data Consultants, LLC, (GDC) announces the asset acquisition of Chambersburg-based Holder Technology Group (HTG). As a result, GDC will assume support and development responsibilities for all HTG clients. The acquisition will broaden GDC’s client base and provide enhanced IT service offerings to current HTG clients.
