Global Data Consultants, LLC Announces the Acquisition of Holder Technology Group
The acquisition will broaden GDC’s client base and provide enhanced service offerings to current HTG clients.
Chambersburg, Pennsylvania — December 5, 2006
Global Data Consultants, LLC, (GDC) announces the asset acquisition of Chambersburg-based Holder Technology Group (HTG). As a result, GDC will assume support and development responsibilities for all HTG clients. The acquisition will broaden GDC’s client base and provide enhanced service offerings to current HTG clients.
