Matthew Anderson, SPHR Joins GDC Director of Human Resources
Matthew Anderson, SPHR has joined GDC as the Human Resources Director. Mr. Anderson brings 9 years of HR executive management experience. He has held Director positions within fortune 500 companies as well as within non-profit organizations. Matt is a graduate of Frostburg State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, HR Management. Matt will ensure consistent application of employment policies and procedures while advising our executive team on employee relations matters. He will continually evaluate internal processes and lead change management initiatives.
Chuck Miotla, Promoted to Director of Business Support Services
Chuck Miotla has been promoted to Director of Business Support Services. Mr. Miotla has been with GDC for 8 years. Chuck is MSCE, DCSE, and A+ Certified. Chuck has IT experience with both hardware and software solutions from the Mid-Range to Micro-Systems computing platforms. His experience includes working with Tape Library, Storage Area Networks, Cisco Routers as well as all leading brand name Server Equipment. Prior to being promoted to Director of Business Support Services, he served as GDC’s Technical Support Manger and was previously employed by IBM as a Mid-Range Customer Service Representative.
