Global Data Launches 24x7x365 Multilingual Service Desk Call Center

Global Data Consultants, LLC, (GDC) in support of their customer base, recently launched a Call Center to expand their operational hours to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The multilingual service desk provides around-the-clock help desk support both domestically and internationally. The center’s technicians correspond directly with Help Desk phone calls, e-mails, instant messages, and voice messages from all over the world, including North America, South America, Europe, the Pacific Rim, and Australia. Desk side, on-site, support is provided regionally and GDC has partnered with clients to provide assistance internationally.

GDC has obtained a Platinum membership from the Help Desk Institute to assist in training and to provide first class service to their clients. The initial call volume at the center was in excess of 2,000 calls monthly and GDC has the capacity to expand the GDC Call Center to meet any client’s need. The center’s technicians have certifications ranging from the CompTIA A+ Certification to Microsoft Certified Administrator (MCSA) with over 86 years of combined experience within the information technology field.
