Dr. Richard Fry Joins the GDC Team as a K-12 Educational Consultant

Dr. Fry to Assist GDC with Rapidly Evolving Technology Needs of K-12 Education Clients

Global Data Consultants, LLC (GDC), a leading IT hardware, managed solutions and staffing technology provider headquartered in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania welcomes Dr. Richard Fry as a K-12 Educational Consultant.

Dr. Fry received a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Lock Haven University, a master’s degree from the University of Richmond and his doctorate in Education from Penn State University. Dr. Fry brings over 35 years of experience in the K-12 education sector that evolved from being a teacher, principal, director of athletics and student affairs and assistant superintendent before retiring after a 16-year term leading Big Spring School District as Superintendent.

Retired Superintendent of Schools with a demonstrated history of working in various educational settings including large suburban and rural school districts. Skilled in Strategic Planning and Visioning, Budgeting, Coaching, Educational Technology, Educational Programming, and Facility Utilization based on Enrollment Trends and Community Needs. Strong education professional with a Masters focused in Arts and Sciences from the University of Richmond and a Doctorate focused on Educational Leadership from Penn State. An active advocate at both the state and national level.

Currently supporting various offerings at New Story Schools within a role of engaging school leaders throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Supporting several national and regional education vendors as a consultant and/or advisor. President of NCTLS focused on supporting school district leaders nationally.
