Technology Partners Announce the Asset Acquisition of Credo Business Solutions, LLC

Chambersburg, Pennsylvania — January 5, 2007
Gregory D. Courtney, Thomas J. Trgovac, and Dennis C. Coons, owners/partners who developed a relationship through Global Data Consultants, LLC (GDC), announce that they have acquired the assets of Harrisburg-based Credo Business Solutions, LLC (“Creedo”).
Credo will remain intact and continue to operate under its current structure with company offices in Harrisburg, PA.
While delivering the announcement, Gregory D. Courtney, who will assume the role of President and CEO of Credo, stated, “Credo Business Solutions is a perfect complement to our existing business ventures. We believe their service offerings and corporate culture closely mirror that of GDC. We are pleased and excited to announce this new acquisition.”
Thomas J. Trgovac will assume the role of Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Credo while Dennis C. Coons will assume the role of Vice President.
