Contract Affiliations

 
  • PEPPM – PEPPM is designed to reduce the time and effort between the decision to buy and the receipt of the products. By centralizing the bid process, time and money are saved by schools and agencies not having to conduct their own bids.
     
  • ITQ (PA) – Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is the name given to certain multiple award contracts issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to Section 517 of the Procurement Code. ITQ contracts may be solicited by an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. GDC is a registered supplier under the ITQ program.
     
  • E-RATE (PA) – The universal service Schools and Libraries Program, commonly known as "E-rate," provides discounts of up to 90 percent to help eligible schools and libraries in the United States obtain affordable telecommunications and internet access.
     
  • COSTARS (PA) – COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (Members) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.
     
  • CATS+ Master Contract (MD) – The objective of this Master Contract is to enable the State of Maryland to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS+, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.
