  • PEPPM – PEPPM is a national technology bidding and purchasing cooperative administered by CSIU, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • COSTARS – COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible LPPUs and state-affiliated entities (Members) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.
  • E-RATE – The Schools and Libraries Program, commonly known as E-rate, provides discounts to eligible schools and libraries in the United States on their telecommunications, Internet access, and related services.
